Key points

The Gold Top Dog and Silver Top Dog DLCs have been removed from the game as they provided an unfair balance to the game, all other DLCs from the original release except the Valve T-Shirt Pack are present.
Enhanced version of Sleeping Dogs containing all DLC rebalanced and properly integrated into the game's story, updated graphics and various additional enhancements.
Cannot be purchased in Germany (restriction cannot be bypassed through gifting or VPN activation).[2]

Anti-aliasing (AA)
Locked on FXAA and optional SSAA.
Vertical sync (Vsync)
60 FPS and 120+ FPS
In-engine cutscenes are internally capped at 59.94 FPS and duplicate already rendered frames to reach higher values which causes stuttering even at 60 FPS. The in-game 59.94 FPS cap (only available when the game is launched in refresh rates divisible by 60 e.g. 120 Hz) seemingly solves the issue.[3][4]
Gameplay is uncapped with optional FPS limiter and benchmark tool included. If v-sync is disabled and no in-game cap is set, menus will be limited to 120 FPS. Anything over 120 will cause single-shots (from a semi-auto or a short click) to fire twice in a rapid burst.[5]
High dynamic range display (HDR)
See the glossary page for potential alternatives.

Issues Unresolved

Camera Bug when playing with Keyboard and Mouse

There's a strange bug where camera seems to zoom-in when you 'Sprint' using Keyboard & Mouse controls. Walking seems to be unaffected and brings camera back to normal. Doesn't happen when using a controller.

Wetness Bug on default and many other outfits

The drench wetness effect during rain & when you jump into the river seems to be missing on many clothes and skin. Only some clothes do have the wetness effect during free roam. Scripted Missions during rain are unaffected (Prologue and Cemetery shootout).

Issues fixed

Screen tearing on Windows 10 even with in-game Vsync set to ON

Cap the game to 58 FPS[7]
Enable Steam FPS counter[8][9]
  1. Go to Steam > Settings > In-Game
  2. Select any position in In-game FPS Counter list
