Issues unresolved

Certain menu elements gets cut off when display resolution is below 1024x768

On some systems with Nvidia or Intel graphics, the game may not properly resize some menu elements such as the start screen, dialogue boxes, in-game pause menu, etc. While can be workeed around with wrappers such as dgVoodoo 2, it is not ideal as this likely can reduce performance due to unnecessary drawcalls conversion.[7]

Stuttering issues (Texture Streaming Issue)

Issues fixed

Game not launching

Install PhysX legacy redistributables redistributables.[8]

Stuttering on Windows 10 (2004 or newer)

This game uses PhysX, which is not compatible with Windows 10 HAGS technology.[citation needed]

Had the issue occurred on my old system with a GeForce 9500 GT, unknown if this is affected older pre-NV8x GPUs or even occurring with newer AMD GPUs.
