Issues fixed

Run the game at screen refresh rate

Game only runs at 60 Hz with no option to change it.
Use Special K to force refresh rate[1]
  1. Download Special K (tested with 0.10.1).
  2. Copy SpecialK32.dll to installation folder.
  3. Rename it to dinput8.dll.
  4. Open and close the game.
  5. Open dinput8.ini.
  6. Change RefreshRate=-1.0 to match your screen (e.g. RefreshRate=120).
