Use SilentPatch[6]

Run the game at screen refresh rate

The game defaults to a 60 Hz refresh rate. Enforcing a 60 FPS cap is still recommended.
Override refresh rate set by game[10]
  1. Download and extract dgVoodoo 2.
  2. Open the folder in which you extracted dgVoodoo, and copy D3D9.dll from the MS\x86\ folder to the game folder.
  3. Run dgVoodoo, and add the game folder to the list.
  4. Enable the "Enumerate refresh rates" option.
  5. Go to the DirectX tab, and set your resolution (e.g. 1920x1080, 119Hz).
  6. Disable the "dgVoodoo Watermark" option if you don't want to see the dgVoodoo logo.
  7. Click OK to save your changes.

Low frame rate

Use SilentPatch[6]

Game won't start on Windows 7 and above
