Saints Row: The Third Remastered is a third-person open world action shooter in the Saints Row series, and a remastered version of the 2011 game Saints Row: The Third featuring enhanced graphics, lighting, and visual effects. The remaster was developed by Sperasoft and published by Deep Silver.

The version includes all DLCs from the original game with the exception of Team Fortress 2 Masks, Bloodsucker Pack, and Unlockable Pack which are not included and cannot be purchased.[1][2]

The game was released for Windows on the Epic Games Store on May 22, 2020 with an announced release for Steam in 2021.[3] While the original 2011 game eventually received a Linux port in 2016, as of May 20, 2020 no such support for the remastered version has been announced.[4]

Issues fixed

Game is too dark in HDR mode

The game seems to have a bug with its brightness calibration slider, causing the value to be incorrect by 50 units.
Name[7]
  1. Open the Display settings of the game and enter the HDR Settings subpage.
  2. Change the Brightness down to 90 and then back up to 100 again.
  3. The game should now be much brighter as a result.
Using the Restore to defaults option will show the brightness slider as 100, but in reality set the brightness to 50. This discrepancy of 50 units can be confirmed by setting the slider to 40 and then exiting and entering the display settings at which point the slider will show 90 instead. Setting the value to 100 manually and then entering and exiting the display settings will cause the value to be off the screen as it is shown to be on 150 instead.
