Issues unresolved

Traversal-related stutters

The game suffers from some minor CPU-load related hitching issues during traversal at specific points in the world where data is being loaded. More powerful CPUs will show a less intense stutter.[5]

Critical Progress Block (Chapter 12)

The developers have acknowledged a rare yet critical progress block that prevents players from obtaining a specific "key item" vital for progressing further in the game beyond Chapter 12.[6]

Issues fixed

Game crashes during gameplay (Fatal D3D Error)

This Fatal D3D Error crash is believed to be VRAM-related; the game crashing when running out of VRAM instead of using system RAM in that case. Though, some reports also say these crashes can happen on higher-end GPUs like the RTX 4090, which should realistically not suffer from any VRAM limitations.[5]
Reduce the VRAM usage by lowering game's (texture) quality settings, resolution and/or turn off ray tracing[5][7][8]
