  1. Download missing content from here.
  2. Extract it into the Steam game folder.
  3. Run the game from Steam.

Adds missing Route 66 addon, CD music and allows you to run RedneckGDX port from Steam.
For GOG.com version[citation needed]
  1. Download CueToOgg.
  2. Extract it to the game folder and run CueToOgg.exe
  3. Copy track02.ogg - track09.ogg from the newly created REDNECK folder to the game folder.
