Download Rally Trophy Widescreen Fix and unpack it to the installation folder. If you want to run the game in borderless fullscreen windowed mode, open `widescreen.ini`, go to the line `windowed=0` and set it to `windowed=1`. Now start `GameLauncher.exe` and choose the same resolution as your desktop.

Choosing the configure controllers option shows only a brief black screen without this fix.
