Version differences

PUBG Mobile can be played on Windows using the Game Buddy, an Android OS emulator that specifically targets the game and, in fact was actually made by the same developer who created the mobile edition of the game, Tencent Games. Considering the mobile version is free to play and far less demanding, some prefer it to the original PC version.

Notes

  1. 1.0 1.1 File/folder structure within this directory reflects the path(s) listed for Windows and/or Steam game data (use Wine regedit to access Windows registry paths). Games with Steam Cloud support may store data in ~/.steam/steam/userdata/<user-id>/578080/ in addition to or instead of this directory. The app ID (578080) may differ in some cases. Treat backslashes as forward slashes. See the glossary page for details.
