Issues fixed

Unable to change refresh rate

Frame rate settings are currently locked to 30 Hz even on monitors that are higher refresh rate when not using exclusive fullscreen mode.
Use exclusive fullscreen[citation needed]
  1. Go to the Settings window and navigate to the Video settings page.
  2. Change the setting from Borderless Window or Windowed to Full Screen
  3. Change your Refresh Rate to the desired setting.

Plnet Zoo does not start after launching

This issue appears to come from the latest update that added the Africa DLC and may be fixed in a future patch.
Verify integrity of game cache
  1. Right click Planet Zoo in your Steam Library and select "properties".
  2. Click "local files" then click "verify integrity of game files"
  3. Steam should then verify and replace files as needed.
  4. Wait for Steam to finish verifying then try launching Planet Zoo again.
