Issues fixed

Game crashes at startup after updating to version 1.0.2

This issue has been fixed in patch 1.0.3. Previous solution involved downpatching the game to version 1.0.1 using beta branch with access code p4auopenbeta1.^[6]

Quiet and inconsistently balanced audio

This issue should has been fixed in patch 1.0.2. Previous workaround is listed below due to 1.0.1 branch being accessible. The issue used to cause audio volume may be too quiet, even when increased to its maximum level, while FMV cutscenes used to be much louder in comparison, regardless of settings.

Overwrite bytes in save.dat^[7]
Open `save.dat` in a hex editor. Replace the bytes starting at location `0x4C` with `E8 03 00 00`. Save changes and close the hex editor.

Issues unresolved

Game crashes randomly

The game occasionally crashes when attempting to play different modes.^[8]^[9]^[10]

“Intirenderer" error

Game will occasionally crash upon boot-up, citing a “Initrenderer" error.^[11]

Random hitching and FPS drops

A common issue that occurs randomly, mainly in menus and when transitioning between screens.
