Issues fixed

BSOD with Creative Labs sound cards

Use updated OpenAL libraries[5][citation needed]
  1. Go to <path-to-game>.
  2. Delete or move OpenAL32.dll and wrap_oal.dll.
  3. From now on start the game with --nopatch parameter.

Notes

Automatic game updates are disabled in this way.
Every time the patcher is run the old .dll are going to be restored
Launch the game with --nosound or --softwareaudio parameters[6][citation needed]

Performance on low end systems

Edit production_Config.ini[citation needed]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open production_Config.ini.
  3. Make the following changes:
    • antialias_mode=0
    • dx11_antialias_mode=0
    • dx9_antialias_mode=0
    • antialias_mode=0
    • post_processing=false
    • screen_shake=false
    • shadow_type=no_shadows
    • texture_filtering=0
    • texture_quality=5
    • vsync=false (vsync==true causes input lag. Force Vsync through graphics card control panel or cap the frame rate (cap -1 of monitor refresh rate recommended)).
