The framerate cap can be modified by editing DefaultEngine.ini or ChaosEngine.ini.

  1. Go to the configuration files location.
  2. Open DefaultEngine.ini or ChaosEngine.ini.
  3. Locate section [Engine.GameEngine].
  4. Change MinSmoothedFrameRate (default 22) to the value you prefer.
  5. Change MaxSmoothedFrameRate (default 175) to the value you prefer.
