  1. Open Nvidia Control Panel
  2. Go to 3D settings > Manage 3D settings > Program Settings
  3. Select osu! (osu!)
  4. Set Antialiasing - Mode to Override any application settings, Antialiasing - Setting to either 2x 4x or 8x and Antialiasing - Transparency to the same value you set Antialiasing - Setting.
  5. Click Apply

Notes

Significantly improves visuals.
Performance cost is negligible even on 8x.[Note 1]
