Widescreen resolution

Modifying the orb.ini file[citation needed]
Using widescreen resolution will result in GUI elements to render off screen thus inaccessible to player.
  1. Go to the game installation folder
  2. Open orb.ini.
  3. Change the lines with screen_width and screen_height to the width and height the game should run in (ex. screen_width=1680 and screen_height=1050 will run the game in 1680x1050 resolution).
  4. Save the file.
  5. Launch the game.

Notes

  1. 1.0 1.1 When running this game without elevated privileges (Run as administrator option), write operations against a location below %PROGRAMFILES%, %PROGRAMDATA%, or %WINDIR% might be redirected to %LOCALAPPDATA%\VirtualStore on Windows Vista and later (more details).
  2. 2.0 2.1 File/folder structure within this directory reflects the path(s) listed for Windows and/or Steam game data (use Wine regedit to access Windows registry paths). Games with Steam Cloud support may store data in ~/.steam/steam/userdata/<user-id>/281390/ in addition to or instead of this directory. The app ID (281390) may differ in some cases. Treat backslashes as forward slashes. See the glossary page for details.
