Nira is a minimalistic open world survival game. It was made by Baseline Games and published by Graffiti Games
At first Nira was in Early Access exclusively to Steam. It came out of EA in 14th of Oct, 2021.
Even with "all-time peak" of 17 players[1] game continues to be supported with regular updates. The information about most recent patch notes can be accessed through the game menu or on the Steam Discussion event thread.
There is also an official discord server.
