Neighbours back From Hell is a remaster of Neighbours from Hell and Neighbours from Hell 2: On Vacation. The game was remastered by Farbworks, which recreated the game's graphics and animations increasing their framerate as well as ported entire game to Unity.

The game was released on October 8, 2020 with free copies granted to everyone who owned Neighbours from Hell Compilation on GOG or Steam.
