Issues fixed

Issues with quick time events and some in-game actions

Running the game at 60 FPS introduces some gameplay problems: quick time events requires double the inputs compared to 30 FPS and the reaction time for dashing and using the Substitution Jutsu is halved.
Lock the frame rate to 30 FPS
  1. Go to the config file location and open config.ini.
  2. Change fps=1 to fps=0.
