NHL Eastside Hockey Manager 2007 is a singleplayer and multiplayer text-based and top-down view simulation, sports and business game in the Eastside Hockey Manager series.

The game was the first in the series to be distributed exclusively digitally, in a time when most games were still sold in retail. In January 2007, Sports Interactive decided they would halt work on the franchise, blaming piracy for poor sales.[1] This hiatus would last until 2015, when Eastside Hockey Manager (once again without the NHL license) would enter early access.

Despite this, the modding community has been active, releasing various tools, roster updates and workarounds for the game's issues. Databases using the 2007 format can be imported to the 2015 game, including community-made ones.
