Issues unresolved

Player falls through floor on encountering specific monster

When first encountering a specific monster, the player may unintentionally fall through the level's floor.[2]

Late-game sequence missing key NPCs

During a late-game sequence, key NPCs may not appear, resulting in a softlock caused by the game not permitting the sequence to progress further.[3]

Issues fixed

Game fails to load next level section after solving late-game puzzle

After solving a late-game puzzle, moving in the indicated direction may cause the game to fail to load the next level section, preventing further progress.[4]
Walk, not run, in the indicated direction[5]
