- The version of San Francisco Rush The Rock: Alcatraz Edition included in this collection has numerous physics and gameplay issues compared to the 1998 version, along with radically altered audio.
- The games from Midway Arcade Treasures 3 lack proper analog controls compared to the console release. Steering, gas, and brake register as digital even when bound to a controller axis.
