Game crashes on launch (non-Steam versions)
- Non-Steam versions may crash on launch on Windows Vista and later.
- Steam version has been patched for compatibility with modern versions of Windows (despite the warning on the Steam store page).[3]

- The GameSpy master server has been shut down. Use OpenSpy as an alternative.
- Note that recently openspy.org stopped working, so you'll need to replace .org with .net or use the updated .exe linked here.
