  1. Open <path-to-game>\VIETNAM\SYSTEM\MenofValor.ini.
  2. Find a section [WinDrv.WindowsClient].
  3. In that section find an entry WindowedViewportX= and set its value to your desired window width.
  4. In that section find an entry WindowedViewportY= and set its value to your desired window height.
  5. Set StartupFullscreen= to False to start the game in windowed mode.
