Remapping | Only A, S, D, F, Z, X, C, and V can be remapped, while I, J, K, L and the Arrow keys are bound to movement, Space ␣ to pause, Esc functions as Select for X1-X4, and Tab ↹ opens the game menu which cannot be remapped. Keys can be remapped independently from each of the games' and X Challenge's options menu, however, key bindings are also tied to controller button mappings (e.g. A is the tied B button, Z is tied to the A button, F is tied to the Left Trigger). X1-X3 also cannot use F and V keys due to the SNES games only uses two shoulder buttons. [1] | |

~/.steam/steam/userdata/<user-id>/743890/
in addition to or instead of this directory. The app ID (743890) may differ in some cases. Treat backslashes as forward slashes. See the glossary page for details.

- Tested using a Logitech F310 in DirectInput mode which resulted in incorrect button placements (B is A in-game, LT is LB, etc.). Editing the file to have the buttons match with the corresponding button numbers appeared to fix the issue.
