  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open UDKSystemSettings.ini.
  3. Modify ResX=0 and ResY=0 to your desired resolution.
  4. Save the file, then change its properties to Read only.
Change aspect ratio[2]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open UDKEngine.ini.
  3. Change MaintainXFOV in AspectRatioAxisConstraint=AspectRatio_MaintainXFOV to MaintainYFOV.
  4. Save the file, then change its properties to Read only.

Notes

This will properly scale the game with your desired resolution across 21:9 or multiple monitors.

Field of view (FOV)

Change FOV in console[citation needed]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open UDKInput.ini.
  3. Replace ConsoleKey= with ConsoleKey=Tilde
  4. Launch the game and press ~ to open the console.
  5. Type in fov x (replace x with any number between 40 and 120).
  6. Press Enter to apply it, then close the console with ~.

Borderless fullscreen windowed

Use GeDoSaTo[citation needed]
  1. Install and open GeDoSaTo.
  2. Click on Edit Settings and create a profile for MasterReboot.
  3. Add the line forceBorderlessFullscreen true and save.
  4. Click on User Whitelist and add the line MasterReboot and save.
  5. Start the game in fullscreen mode.

Anisotropic filtering (AF)

  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open UDKSystemSettings.ini.
  3. Replace MaxAnisotropy=8 with MaxAnisotropy=16

High frame rate

  2. Open UDKEngine.ini.
  3. Search and change bSmoothFrameRate to FALSE or raise MaxSmoothedFrameRate value.

  1. Using Nvidia Optimus.
  2. Open Nvidia Control Panel.
  3. Click view to make sure "Add "Run with graphics processor" to context menu" is enabled.
  4. Right click on MasterReboot.exe and mouse over "run with graphics processor"
  5. Select Nvidia Processor.
