  3. Change REFRESHRATE to your desired refresh rate. (e.g. 120 or 144)

  2. Extract the contents of the dxvk-*.tar.gz file with 7zip or WinRAR.
  3. Copy d3d9.dll from the x32 folder and paste it in the game's installation folder.
