Startup
- Game frequently will not launch from Steam Launcher for a large number of players. No known work-around other than to continue clicking Play repeatedly until game starts.[12]
Impossible to disable controller aim assistance
- Game supports three different levels of aim assistance when playing with a controller: High, Low and Off. High and Low work as intended (high snaps towards the nearest target, low slows down crosshairs when near an enemy), but Off behaves exactly the same as Low. This also happens on consoles.[13]

- Real Weapon Names - Replace the game's weapon names with their real life counterparts.
- No Enemy Blips Download - Removes the enemy blips from the minimap.
Gameplay
- DLC Cars in Traffic - Makes DLC cars (such as the Berkley Stallion and Lassiter Leopard) spawn in traffic and parked like the rest of the vehicles ingame.
- Play only main missions!/No side missions at all - Some may find the side missions repetitive. The mod will allow to play only the main/story missions in the game.
- No grinding - Reduces the amount of damage needed to advance to the next mission.
- Difficulty Tweaks Download - Player takes 2x damage on hard difficulty. All services cost money now. Rebalanced store robbery rewards. Rebalanced weapon upgrades. Recommended using with no enemy blips mod.

- Old Time Reality - Changes lighting and color correction to look more realistic and akin to how Louisiana looked back in the day and adds new street lights, sun flares, and car coronas.
- No color grading and improved contrast - Removes the orange color tint and improves contrast and saturation.
- Color grade Overhaul - Changes the color grading of the game to make it feel more "alive" in comparison to the vanilla game.
