Use ReShade deband shader (Windows)[1]
  1. Download ReShade.
  2. Install it by selecting the games executable and choosing the Direct3D 10+ API (or D3D9 if your GPU doesn't support it).
  3. When prompted download the standard effects and uncheck everything but the Deband shader.
  4. Run the game and press Shift+F2 to bring up the configuration window.
  5. Follow the tutorial to create a new profile and activate the shader.
  6. For a better result make sure the number of iterations is set to 2.
  7. Go to the settings tab and switch to Performance mode.
