Issues fixed

config.exe, Launcher.exe, and lilopc.exe won't start

Create LSConfig.ini
  1. Navigate to <path-to-game> and create a new file called LSConfig.ini.
  2. Open LSConfig.ini in a text editor and add the following lines:
[LSConfig]
InstallPath=.\
  1. Save and close LSConfig.ini.
  2. Right click config.exe, click Properties, click the Compatibility tab, check the Run this program as an administrator box, click Apply and OK.
  3. Repeat the previous step for Launcher.exe and lilopc.exe.
  4. Run config.exe. It should start and it will add the remaining options to LSConfig.ini.
  5. Close config.exe.
