Issues fixed

Game runs at wrong refresh rate

Fullscreen mode defaults to 60 Hz on startup. The config file must be manually edited to set the refresh rate permanently.
Set screen refresh rate[2]
  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open pcconfig.txt.
  3. Set ScreenRefreshRate to the desired value (e.g. ScreenRefreshRate 120).

Games with Steam Cloud support may store data in ~/.steam/steam/userdata/<user-id>/332310/ in addition to or instead of this directory. The app ID (332310) may differ in some cases. Treat backslashes as forward slashes. See the glossary page for details.
