Download and run DxWnd. Click on Edit and Add. Set the path to `<path-to-game>\harry2.exe`. Set the desired window position and size. Set Desktop for borderless fullscreen windowed. Click OK, then File and Save.

This can affect keyboard users adversely due to an unusual default control scheme.^[2]
