PandoraInput.ini contains many duplicate keybinding instructions. The fourth set of keybindings are the actual ones used in-game. This is most easy to spot if you've already made some keybinding changes using the in-game menu.

- This is caused by the Legendary applet being active on Logitech LCD keyboards (G13, G19, etc.)[5]
Disable Legendary LCD applet[6]

- Open Logitech Gaming Software 7.x.
- Go to the LCD button on the bottom bar.
- Disable the Legendary applet.
