Can't change control mode
- The Windows version is meant to give a choice of keyboard and mouse or controller every time but some players only see it once.
Set control mode in registry[citation needed]

- Go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Telltale Games\JPGameplay
- Set your control mode:
- For keyboard and mouse, set
InputSelect to 1 and Controls to true .
- For controller, set
InputSelect to 0 and Controls to false .
- Repeat as needed to change modes.

After changing video resolution, game won't load
- The Windows version allows you to change the display resolution, but for some, this won't allow you to run the game to change the settings back to default.
Restore default graphics settings in registry[citation needed]
|
- Go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Telltale Games\JPGraphics
- Delete the registry entries for the resolution X-value and the Y-value.
- Deleting the modified display settings will restore the resolution to defaults.

Next episode/scenario is locked after completing the previous one
- It happened from the 1st scenario, 9th episode.
Unlock each episode/scenario in registry[citation needed]

- To unlock a new episode in a scenario, go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Telltale Games\JPScore"*" where "*" is the number of the scenario. Create a new chain with the number of the episode to unlock. Change the value to 0.
- To unlock a new scenario, go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Telltale Games\JPScenario . Create a new chain "Unlocked Episode "*" where "*" is the number of the episode. Then in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Telltale Games create a key "JPScore "*" where "*" is the number of the scenario.
