JA2 v1.13

JA2 v1.13 provides many gameplay updates and fixes, including new weapons, features, and multiplayer.^[2]^[3] For these reasons, it is a significant shift from the original version.

Delete or rename Intro.slf.

This also resolves an issue where the game freezes with a blank screen on startup.^[5]
