Industry Giant is a singleplayer bird's-eye view and isometric building and simulation game in the Industry Giant series.
Released in 1997 on CD-ROM. Slightly updated and re-released in 2018 for digital distribution.

Version differences
- The Gold Edition includes the base game and the expansion.
- The digital version is a slightly updated version of the Gold Edition which removed several settings but improved compatibility with modern systems.
