Installing retail version on modern systems

The following installer should get around an issue related to the game not installing on 64-bit operating systems.

Instructions^[2]
Extract the contents from Disc 1 and Disc 2 in a folder. Download this installer (alternate) and extract it in the same folder, then run it.

Level 7 Crash

Instructions^[3]
Go to `steamapps\common\Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine\Resource\Cog` and open `TEM_introCut.cog` with a text editor program. Find line 171. Add `player = GetLocalPlayerThing();` below `# Draw imp#1` and above `SelectWeapon(player, 14);` Save and close the file.
