Use replacement DLLs[5]

- Download the latest version of ogg-winmm.
- Extract to the installation folder, replacing the existing files when prompted.
- Delete or rename
win32.dll.
- Rename
winmm.dll to win32.dll.

Also ensure that there is no spaces in the name of the folder that the game is installed to. By default, GOG instals it into a directory called "Incoming Forces". Eliminating the space allows it to run.
