  1. Go to the configuration file(s) location.
  2. Open <path-to-game>\inMomentum\Engine\Config folder
  3. Open BaseEngine.ini.
  4. Change bSmoothFrameRate=TRUE to bSmoothFrameRate=FALSE
  5. Change MaxSmoothedFrameRate=62 to MaxSmoothedFrameRate=144 or whatever framerate you wish.
  6. Save file.
