Issues fixed

Game uses incorrect refresh rate

The game may default to the lowest supported refresh rate of the monitor.
Override refresh rate with 3Dmigoto[2]
  1. Download the latest release of 3Dmigoto.
  2. Open x64 and copy the files to <path-to-game>.
  3. Open d3dx.ini.
  4. Change ;refresh_rate=60 to desired hertz, and remove the semicolon (e.g. refresh_rate=120).
  5. Change hunting=1 to ;hunting=1 by adding a semicolon.
