Harbinger is a singleplayer isometric ARPG game.

Most game configuration is handled by an external tool and written to an encrypted configuration file.

While Harbinger.ini does contain sound provider settings, the rest of the file is dedicated to game asset locations.

On Windows 10, the configuration tool must be run with administrative privileges for changes to be saved, regardless of install location.
