- Most game configuration is handled by an external tool and written to an encrypted configuration file.
- While Harbinger.ini does contain sound provider settings, the rest of the file is dedicated to game asset locations.
- On Windows 10, the configuration tool must be run with administrative privileges for changes to be saved, regardless of install location.
