Key points

The official release under Microsoft Studios for Russian players was canceled in 2015. However, Halo Online is playable worldwide with the El Dewrito Mod, which is now essential for play. All changes, settings, etc. are in reference to El Dewrito 0.6.1.0 Mod.
As the El Dewrito Developers received a DMCA takedown in April 2018, the official game data (Halo Online v1.106708 cert_ms23 from the 4game launcher) is no longer provided with the El Dewrito Mod;[1] however, there is a Reddit page dedicated to providing various downloads of ms23 v1.106708.
