Remove the video files[4]
  1. Go to <path-to-game>\MCC\Content\Movies.
  2. Delete or rename FMS_logo_microsoft_7_1_.bk2.
A game update will likely restore the files.
Steam owners can use the Anti-Cheat Disabled (Mods and Limited Services) option to speed up the launch even further.
