Broken square shadow on AMD

Stuttering issues
- The custom radio station can cause some extra stutter. This can be lessened by lowering certain graphical options.
- NVidia Users: Nvidia Shield software can sometimes be running in the background of your PC. (Even if you don't have an Nvidia Shield) Follow simple steps to fix it: Reddit Tutorial for turning off NVIDIA Shield.
- AMD Users: Use newest Catalyst 15.4 Beta driver for GTA V download
