Key points
- "Returning" Xbox 360 and PS3 players can redeem exclusive content in the PC version.[2]
- Players with non-standard characters in their Windows username needs to edit it to run the game at all. This has been acknowlegded by Rockstar. [3]
- PC version also includes the new Rockstar Editor, which gives players a full suite of editing tools to create and publish gameplay clips direct to both Social Club and YouTube.

Issues unresolved
- This issue is caused by an incompatibility with certain characters in Windows user names.
- A future update will patch this issue; in the meantime it can be worked around by making another Windows user account.
