Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories PC Edition (or VCSPC) was intended to be a total conversion mod for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and unofficial PC port of the PlayStation 2 version of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories was released in 2006 on PlayStation Portable and later ported to PlayStation 2 in 2007. This unofficial PC port began development in 2010 with sporadic releases over the next couple of years. The last mainline public release was BETA3 ("Blue Hesper") in 2013 and in June 2018 the last WIP build ("E3 2018") was released.
Development on the PC port stalled in September 2019, and the project was declared dead the following year in April 2020.[1]

- "Hi everyone, after 10 years and many of them being inactive we've came to the tough decision to finally declare this project dead, we've held out in hopes that people would want to join the team and contribute to this and help us overcome our problems and issues we've been having but alas that did not work out. This project has been stalled since September 2019, no one on the team wants to work on this anymore, even Rockstar Games themselves refuse to do anything with Vice City Stories, so with that in mind we feel like this project has gone way beyond being fit for purpose, the last great release was the "Blue Hesper" build back in 2013, so it's been seven years on here since that last major progress build mission wise."
