Issues fixed

Game uses incorrect refresh rate

The game's refresh rate setting only allows selecting 60 Hz.
DirectX11 mode must be used for this fix to work.
Use Special K to hack the refresh rate[3]
  1. Download an old version of Special K (e.g. SK_0_9_24.7z).
  2. Extract SpecialK64.dll to <path-to-game>.
  3. Rename SpecialK64.dll to dxgi.dll.
  4. Start the game once, and close it.
  5. In case of errors, open <path-to-game>\dxgi.ini, and change Silent=False to Silent=True under [Steam.Log].
  6. Change RefreshRate=-1 to desired hertz (e.g. RefreshRate=120).
  7. Open <path-to-game>\config.ini.
  8. Change TargetPlatform=DirectX12 to TargetPlatform=DirectX11.
  9. Save and close all files.

Notes

  1. When running this game without elevated privileges (Run as administrator option), write operations against a location below %PROGRAMFILES%, %PROGRAMDATA%, or %WINDIR% might be redirected to %LOCALAPPDATA%\VirtualStore on Windows Vista and later (more details).
  2. 2.0 2.1 File/folder structure within this directory reflects the path(s) listed for Windows and/or Steam game data (use Wine regedit to access Windows registry paths). Games with Steam Cloud support may store data in ~/.steam/steam/userdata/<user-id>/1375400/ in addition to or instead of this directory. The app ID (1375400) may differ in some cases. Treat backslashes as forward slashes. See the glossary page for details.
