Issues unresolved

Extreme framerate drops

The game experiences massive, sustained drops in performance seemingly at random, reportedly hitting as low as 8 FPS, even on systems which well exceeds the recommended system requirements.[7][8][9]

Desynchronized cutscenes

On some machines, video can start to lag extremely behind audio during cutscenes, even if FPS is high during normal gameplay.
Use windowed mode with a resultion not higher than 1920x1080.[10]
Start the game with -dx11 launch parameters.[10]
Can heavily decrease overall performance.

While I have found reports of using one of the downsampling methods provided by the game (DLSS, FSR, TSR), and can confirm it works in my case, they are enough counter-reports of these techniques not working for people that I do not feel it responsible to mention it outside this note.
