Issues unresolved

Controller ignored

Game doesn't react to controller.
Some users had success with setting Steam input per-game to forced on[2] - Right click on the game in your Steam library, choose properties and in general tab set Steam input per-game to forced on.

Issues fixed

Stuttery camera panning

Camera panning can stutter, especially with multimonitor setups with missmatching refresh rates.[3]
Use exclusive fullscreen mode
