Forza Motorsport is a racing game developed by Turn 10 Studios and published by Xbox Game Studios. Although the game is the eighth installment in the Forza Motorsport series (thirteenth main installment in the overall Forza series), it serves as the titular sub-series' reboot. It is the first Xbox Game Studios game to utilise the DirectStorage API.

Forza Motorsport was first announced during the Xbox Showcase in July 2020 without a release date.[1] The original release date of "Spring 2023" was later revealed during the Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase in June 2022[2], but was later moved to a broader "2023"[3]. The final release date of October 10, 2023 was announced in a trailer released in June 2023.[4]
On that date, Forza Motorsport released on the Microsoft Store and Steam, with the game also being available through Xbox Game Pass for PC and early access for purchasers of the Premium edition or the Premium Add-ons Bundle.

The game was released to generally positive reception from critics and mixed reception from the gaming communities, with the main issues being widespread bugs and optimization issues.

Tested with a Intel Core i5-6600K. The game will give you a AP101 error on launch, but it can be ignored. The game did not run into any major issues, even with two physical cores less than the minimum processor listed.
