Issues and Fixes
There is an issue that will cause game crippling lag when you run the game and have 2+ monitors. The current solution is to disable all but the primary monitor before starting the game. If there are any issues after the other monitors have been disabled it is suggested to run the game in 'Zoom Mode' if 'Fullscreen Mode' throws a "It failed in CreateScreen. (Saftey Mode)" error. If there is any lag at that point it is recommended to change the VRAM setting until the game runs smoothly.
For Nvidia users you can automate the process by opening the Nvidia control panel and changing the following setting:
